No More Furniture helps real estate professionals add virtual furniture to marketing photos of vacant or lightly furnished properties. Virtual staging can mislead buyers if it is not clearly disclosed.

What we add to your exports

Every successfully processed image downloaded from our staging workspace includes a small Virtually Staged label in the bottom-right corner of the image. This label is applied by our website after processing, not by the external image model.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for complying with MLS rules, state regulations, and brokerage policies regarding virtual staging and advertising. Do not remove the disclosure from exported images used in marketing unless your compliance team approves an alternative disclosure method.
